About Me

Your life nowadays can be so fast paced, may be there are many roles and responsibilities, maybe there are communication problems, this can make us feel stress and anxious.
We all know talking helps, having somebody listened and understood us can help us bounce-back quicker and stronger. But it’s not always easy talking to friends and families about your problems, as they may find it hard to understand your feelings, or worse they might judge you for the way you feel.
This is where counselling comes in.
If you choose to work with me, you can experience a kind of quality Listening, you can experience being deeply understood and healed. Eventually you can learn to listen to yourself, not just hearing your thoughts, but to really listen to your needs. Learn to listen to yourself is to learn to love yourself.
You can cope with life so much better and feel happier when you look after yourself.
