My Approach

I mainly take a person centered approach   working with the clients in a safe trusting environment,  enabling them to discover the answers to their conflicts from within.  However I do use CBT if required and wanted.

Every client is an individual,  and what works for one will not work for another.  It is my aim to embark on a journey with my clients that is individually focused on their needs.
