About me: My name is Don.
My aim is to help people help themselves become the person they want to be – to give them a Life After Traumatic Events.
I started my career as a mechanic before diversifying to study and practice law. Since 2002 I have been retraining to enter the field of change work. My private practice, Life After Traumatic Events (LATE) evolved from personal life experiences involving traumatic events. LATE was set up with the vision of educating others who had been traumatised, to help them understand what was happening to them and why.
I have worked with people from conflict zones (both combatants and non-combatants), from areas such as the Far East, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Africa and Northern Ireland, and those who have been affected by trauma, loss and bereavement.
I work from a humanistic integrative approach. Each person is different and so too is the way I work with each person.
