My approach is emotion and body focused, working to help bring awareness to what is happening for you on a somatic (body) level. We will also be exploring your past and how that has shaped you today. My aim is create a safe non-judgemental space where you get to explore your own thoughts and dilemmas, bringing awareness to your feelings and the thoughts that drive them.
Registered with the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists, my therapeutic approach is experiential and incorporates a range of styles and perspectives including Transpersonal Psychology, Family Systems Theory, Person Centered and AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy).
