About Me

I am a trainee counsellor/psychotherapist based in Bristol. I work in private practice and remotely as a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist for Cholmley Gardens GP surgery in London. I am currently offering online video therapy sessions due to the current pandemic.  I offer a safe space where you can be heard and your issues acknowledged with empathy and understanding. I look forward to hearing your unique story and helping you with the transformative effects of CBT.

As a trainee I am offering a discounted rate of £30 per session.

CBT/REBT

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is one of the leading, evidence based talking therapies or counselling schools. I specialise in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) which is one of the main schools of CBT.

How can it help?

CBT helps identify and reframe unhelpful thought or belief systems. It is very effective for anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), insomnia, relationship problems and much more.
