About Me

Hello I’m Barbara, as an experienced, person centred counsellor, I fully appreciate how isolating it can be to be struggling with thoughts and anxieties and It’s very important to me to offer a safe and non judgemental environment, in which you can talk, be listened to and heard. I firmly hold the belief that when given the right support in which to explore any issues, each of us have the best resources within us to grow, change and move forward. The hardest part is taking those initial steps and finding a Counsellor who you feel you can trust. I hope to help you feel safe, where you can talk freely and be yourself and allay some of those fears.
